It does seem to be missing the gasket that goes between the filler and cap but that should be easy to replace.

The threads in both the filler and cap are all intact, the plastic is a little yellowed and the chain is included.

These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

This is not normal, very rare, there are usually no problems, but it does happen.

Shipping is expensive. The tube is hard rubber with no cracks or damage, there is one clamp included.

Gas cap, filler neck and fuel inlet tube are in great condition, there are no cracks, breaks or chips.

The only exception to this would be defective items.

I can find no damage.
